Team Ministry - a shared commitment of resources, gifts, and strengths toward common goals and objectives. We are interdependent, committed to building up one another, and will work together to succeed.
Culturally Relevant Ministry - an understanding of Czech culture to the extent that we are able to communicate and minister in a way that is relevant to today’s Czech.
Developing National Leadership – a commitment to working with Czech partners who are called and gifted and who are in various stages of personal leadership development. We will equip, envision, encourage, and empower Czechs to be the leaders of Czech churches.
Local Church Based Ministry – a commitment to working through the local church in every possible way for all we do in ministry.
